Hiil skills education (HSE) is an Institute established in 2023-01-01 for local institute and
incorporations’ needs, to develop the strength of their private School quality as a fast of
technological manner, so the Hiil skills is yet in preparing and will go ahead after completing its
requirements as a legal and start up facilities.
Owner
The owner and founder of the “Hiil skills education is Adan Abdi Adow (Adow) Somali citizen,
born in Mogadishu, in 1995, is a holder of “Bachelor information technology (IT) from Banadir
university (BU) and have other certificates” also have a work experience of 6Years Self
employment.
Vision
HSE desires to develop the strength of local private businesses in our country also trains
students’ and job creation.
Mission
HSE’s mission is to provide excellent trains and research for local business and student’s to
develop them self’s, getting a higher with collaboration of business stakeholders in order to
improve our gross domestic product (GDP) after that economic setting of communities for the
country local business will be grow up and develop its success.

2. To provide enough educational service for our students’ project.

Financial Overview:
The estimated budget for implementing the Academic Skills Development Program is $20.000.
The funds will be allocated towards the following areas:
1. Hiring qualified academic.
2. Purchase of necessary school equipment and tools.
3. Rent and electric.
4. Organizing workshops and training.
5. Practical equipment.
Request for Funding:
We kindly request funding in the amount of $20.000. to support the implementation and
